Below is a snippit from my txtbook discussing this subject. Pur bodies really need this in order to convert food to ensrgy. But lets think a little further. How many times does low energy get confused with depression???
How many of my friends are taking all theae pills for depression when it could be just a simple mater of if they dont have enough B9 in their system and as a result arnt converting food to energy efficiently??? Hey guys i found this great article comparing casein and whey protein. All in all useing both wouldn't be a bad thing. Whey breaks down faster so it'd be good for pre-workout and during workout. Casein would be most effectively utilized post workout to build and recover from the workout.
