At Zenergy Bodyworks Studio, we offer both custom Spray tanning (in-studio and mobile) and therapeutic massage (in studio only)
helping you to feel relaxed, refreshed, and radiant inside and out.
Here’s what’s really happening:
• The movement is called pronation and supination, and it happens when your radius rotates around your ulna in your forearm.
• Your wrist allows your hand to bend forward, backward, and side to side, but the rotation comes from your forearm.
• The trick is all about how your forearm rotates at the joints near your elbow and wrist, creating the illusion that your hand is twisting on its own.
Your hand isn’t breaking the rules of anatomy. It’s just a little body mechanics magic.

First spray tan? We’ve got you, glo getter. ✨
A little prep helps you get the most out of your appointment:
💙Exfoliate and shave the day before.
💙 Arrive with clean skin—skip lotion, deodorant, perfume, and makeup.
💙 Wear loose, dark clothing and easy slip-on shoes.
💙Follow your personalized rinse time and aftercare instructions.
Save this for your first appointment, and bring your questions—we’ll walk you through it. 💙
I love a deep clean! Happy Friday y’all!

A little prep goes a long way toward a relaxing massage. 💙
Drink water throughout the day and, if you need a bite beforehand, keep it light. You want to settle onto the table feeling comfortable—without a full stomach or a growling one.
Then let us help you release your tension and reset your energy. ✨
