Mint Preventative Dental Spa

honestly…it’s a about time we share these 🤣☠️

Fall sports are back ⚽️🏈 But before your athlete hits the field, there’s one piece of equipment you don’t want to forget: **a properly fitted mouthguard.**

A good mouthguard does more than protect teeth- it can also help protect the lips, cheeks, and jaw from sports-related injuries.

And fit matters! A mouthguard should:
🦷 Stay securely in place without clenching
🦷 Allow for comfortable breathing + communication
🦷 Fit comfortably without shifting around

If your athlete’s current guard is chewed up, feeling loose, or they’ve grown since it was made, it may be time for a replacement.

Not sure if their mouthguard is doing its job? Ask us at your next visit. We’re always happy to help protect those smiles on and off the field. 🌱

Not sure if you need one or how to actually use it? Ask your hygienist at your next visit. We’ll help you find the tools that work best for your smile. 🌱
