Enlighten Infrared Sauna Studio

A Note to My Sweat Fam-

After much thought, I have made the extremely difficult decision to not re-sign my lease for Enlighten this winter. When I first started this business nearly 6 years ago I had three children under the age of 5. It was the best opportunity for me to get out of the house and have something for my own. Now, we’ve added 10 sports teams to the mix and somehow I have not duplicated… 😂 I have explored every option to continue running the business but unfortunately my home schedule just doesn’t allow for what the studio needs anymore. My personal love for infrared grew into so much more than I could have ever dreamed. But owning a small business is a 24/7 job. Alas, I am now knee deep with 3 multi-sport athletes, and not enough arms and legs to be everywhere. There’s just not enough time. And one thing I have learned is you don’t get time back. It’s time for a new chapter, and that’s back at home with my kiddos.

I really do love you all and thank you all for making my beautiful space what it is. The smiles, the energy, the laughs, oh all the laughs…you all have a special place in my heart and I treasure each memory. I will continue my love for health and wellness and hope you stick around for what’s in store-maybe I’ll see you somewhere on a turf or court lol.

We will be open for the next three months until November to allow you ample time to use any packages you may have.

With so much love xo,
Jaclyn

Everyday you can soak up the sun here, without any harmful effects!

Infrared Sauna vs. The Sun

Infrared saunas mimic the same infrared wavelengths that are created by the sun BUT leave out all of the harmful ultraviolet rays that we use sunscreen for to protect us from outside (you should ALWAYS be wearing sunscreen!)

So, you can get all the relaxing infrared therapy without having to worry about the damage of the sun 🌞
