Most women who come to this work are not struggling because they lack self-awareness.
They're struggling because awareness alone doesn't reach them fast enough.
Pressure rises quickly. The nervous system escalates. And in that escalation, the tools you've built, the insights, the intentions, the years of personal work, go just slightly out of reach.
Not because they're gone. Because access is disrupted.
