Here’s the deal….I do it to🫣

Some days I just don’t even think about it and before I know it, it’s been weeks since I took my phone out of the case and actually cleaned and sanitize it.

So part of this post is to remind myself as well, to take my phone out and take either an alcohol wipe or clorox wipe and run it over both my phone andddddddd my phone case.

Let’s be accountability buddies on this on this one.

When you apply your moisturizer DON’T forget to spread it down your neck and upper chest as well. The skin on our necks and chest can show age faster than our face if we aren’t taking care of it properly.

I get it, you want to cover up a scent so you put on a scent, then your nose gets used to it and you don’t think it’s working so you put on another scent.

Or you just don’t realize that your shampoo is scented, your conditioner is scented, your deodorant is scented, your facial products are scented and before you know it, you have put on 10 or more scented products in one day.

Well guess what? All those scents can be doing more bad than good when it comes to your skin…..even the skin on your scalp.

A lot of the products we use day to day that are scented have a lot of harsh chemicals called binders that help the scent…you guessed it, bind to our skin so we stay smelling that way all day. If you sensitive skin and are prone to breakouts heavy scented products could be a factor.

My advice, always go for the least amount of scented products as possible if you have sensitive skin.
