The time has come to start healing. 🙌🙏

When you lose someone so close and so precious to you, you lose yourself as well. You grieve the loss of your loved one AND the loss of the part of you that is never coming back.

In these moments, you learn about part of you, you didn't know even existed. I dove deep and heavily into my faith and pleaded for mercy, strength, resilience for my family and begged for Jesus to help me understand.

People have told me over and over, "Time heals". It actually doesn't. You learn to live with the pain. But it does help.

Now, it's time to stop fighting for what's not coming back and be present for the NOW and future. I love you sehara. We will meet again.

Fitness was a second life for me for the several years. I found the love and need for it in my life when I was searching to fill a hole....then...
Tragedy always finds a way to separate us from the things we hold near and dear to our hearts.

The loss of my dad, then my sister and having to put our sweet pup to sleep a week ago..that hurt makes you numb.

I'm praying 2025 I can put the pain from the last 2 years behind me and put fitness in my routine again.
