Did you know that understanding bloodborne pathogens is a crucial part of permanent makeup training? 🚨
These microorganisms in blood can transmit serious diseases like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV if proper precautions aren’t followed.
✅ Only use disposable items on your tray. If items are not disposable, they must be wrapped to prevent cross-contamination.
✅ Always wear gloves and protective gear
✅ Follow strict sanitation protocols
✅ Covering all services that can be exposed to microorganisms
✅ Measuring pencils, needs to be used once & thrown away. Use mapping string
✅ Devices need to wrapes with a non porus covering, not just grip tape.
Fundaments will set you up for success in the permanent makeup industry.
