Before we ever pick up a tool, we ask questions, listen, ask more questions, and create a plan.

These questions cover your hair history, past salon experiences, and your hair goals. We want to know everything before we build your plan for your first appointment and your maintenance services moving forward.

Starting from day one, we want to make sure we’re on the same page. Our goal is to have your first 3 appointments mapped out so we have success at each visit.
