What’s one salon pet peeve you have?

One of the biggest salon pet peeves clients have? Feeling like the stylist forgot they even had an appointment. Being late without communication, poor time management, and leaving clients waiting for hours can turn a good service into a frustrating experience.

Another major one? Knowing how to style hair but not truly understanding hair care. Great professionals should know how to maintain healthy hair, communicate clearly, and continue learning their craft. Styling matters but knowledge, professionalism, and respect matter too.
