Emma was absolutely fantastic. I walked in not knowing really anything about my own hair after all the absurd things it’s been through the last few years. She was very patient while listening to me a going into very well detail about everything I was mentioning/ asking about (I’m very ocd and picky about my hair). She made sure to check with me before and as she was doing everything she did. She helped me really learn about my own hair to properly take care of it. As someone who has been through a lot with their hair and isn’t very simple or familiar with much she is someone I would highly recommend. It shows brightly how much she loves what she does and she is truly there just to make the client feel good. I feel like I was actually speaking gibberish and somehow we still managed to find ourselves on the same page.
