I figured it was time for a proper introduction, since something exciting is happening.
Hello I’m Alexis. A Cosmetologist at GH Hair Studio, located in Bismarck ND in the Kirkwood Mall. I’m 21 years old, no one usually believes me when I tell them that 😂 I’m from a small town in western North Dakota, Zap (yes the famous Zip to Zap). I graduated from Beulah HS in 2023 and then spent a year in college, before pursuing my dream of doing hair. I’ve lived in Bismarck for almost 2 years now.  When I’m not behind the chair I’m usually with my family, most of the time wherever my parents are I’m there. I’m the youngest of 3 girls. My parents and sisters are my best friends, and I’m an auntie to the cutest little boy. I also have a dog named Hooey, he’s my little four legged shadow and you might notice the tattoo on my arm for him.
Here’s some fun facts about me:
I have more tattoos than you’d think.
I drive a jeep…and yes I’ve picked up an obsession with ducks 🤷🏼‍♀️
I live off of Diet Coke. I drink at least 2-3 a day 😬
I love country music, anything from the 2000 hits to today’s popular hits 🤠
I love getting a fun drink every morning, which is usually a Lotus.
I’ve been at GH Hair Studio since December, and my goal right out of school was to find a salon that made me fall completely in love with this career and be surrounded by people who would help me every step of the way. And I scored a good job working with some of the best girls. Since being at the salon I’ve found a love for blonding services, men’s haircuts (specifically the flow 🔥), and my favorite discovery of loving vivid colors 😍
As of the end of June I’ll be done with my hours and will officially be a Master Cosmetologist. An exciting milestone in my career! So as a thank you to everyone who has supported me and to build my clientele with more of what I love, I’m offering 15% off to any blonding service scheduled or to be scheduled in the month of July!
