Hone Sweet Home provides general supervision and assistance with daily living tasks to older adults who may be experiencing increased confusion or chronic medical conditions affecting their ability to safely function independently. HSH is ideal if family or close friends are able to care for their loved ones, however, are unable to be caregivers during the day or evenings due to work or other commitments. We are passionate about providing individualized care to those we serve! We also provide assistance with property management, personal shopping/ errands, arrangement for transportation to appointments, home assessment and organizing to support safety and independence. We look forward to hearing from you!
