Tomatillos are the key ingredient in authentic salsa verde. They have a bright, tangy flavor that’s perfect for tacos, enchiladas, soups, and more.

✨ Easy Salsa Verde:
• 1 lb tomatillos
• 2–3 serranos (use a bell pepper if not not a spice fan)
• ¼ onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• Cilantro & salt
• 1/2 tsp of bouillon

Roast everything (except the cilantro), blend, and enjoy!
