🎉Teacher Spotlight Winner Announcement 🎉
To kick off the school year we went over to Century High School to present Mrs. Mary Palmer with the Teacher Spotlight Award! Mrs. Palmer is such a one-of-a-kind teacher who was a long time English teacher and now is an instructional coach for the teachers. Her nominations show just how special she is and how much she gives herself to the other teachers! Here are just a few of the nominations she received:

"Mary is such a role model for what an instructional coach should be. She understands good instruction and what/how kids learn. She works hard with her teachers to become the best teachers they can be. She is such a thinker - she understands the big picture and the work it takes to get there."

"Her willingness to listen, ask thoughtful questions, share ideas, and genuinely collaborate with others makes her someone I value tremendously. And, thankfully, she brings a great sense of humor to the work as well. Mary has a way of making even challenging conversations feel productive, comfortable, and sometimes just plain fun. She makes the people around her better, and her impact reaches far beyond the teachers she directly supports."

"Mary doesn’t just say she practices an open-door policy, she truly does. Every time I have entered Mary’s office to ask for help with a lesson, a skill I want my students to develop, or a problem I just can’t solve, Mary has set aside her own work to dive into mine. One hundred percent of the time, I leave Mary’s office with a clearer understanding of how I am going to teach and, more importantly, why it is important for me to do so."

We just received another great review on Google:

🎉We would like to introduce and welcome our intern Gage! He has been with us for a couple weeks now and he brings such great, high energy! 🎉

Gage completed his undergrad schooling at MSUM - Moorhead and is finishing up his chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He is a trimester 9 student and will be graduating in April. Before all of this, Gage graduated from Bismarck High where he competed in wrestling and even won the state championship his senior year!

Gage enjoys adjusted all walks of life and especially helping people get back to doing what they love!

When he is not here adjusting, he is home with his beautiful wife and two dogs. In his free time you can find him playing and watching sports, enjoying hunting and fishing, and his niche hobby of playing disc golf!

Make sure to say hi next time you are in!

🎉We are looking for our first teacher to recognize and celebrate for our Teacher Spotlight Program! If you have, or know of the best teacher, please use the QR code or link to nominate them for a chance to win this award. Keep doing it throughout the school year to increase their chances of winning! 🎉

We look forward to getting to know all the amazing teachers in the area!

We thank you for your loyalty and your support. We are so thankful for each of you and our amazing team. Looking forward to serving this community for many years to come!

Happy two year work anniversary Paige! It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since you’ve been with us. Our work relationship with you has turned from something that we thought would be a part-time college gig for you to something that you have turned into a leadership role. You amazingly balance work, school, and playing college volleyball all at the same time. We appreciate you so much and are so glad that you are on our team! If you don’t have any plans tomorrow, go watch the mystics volleyball team at home at BSC! Go Paige! 💚
