After suffering multiple spinal fractures, Rawle was facing discharge to acute rehabilitation. But the team at Touchpoints at Bloomfield believed there was another path forward - and so did Rawle and his wife.
With hard work, determination and a team committed to his goal, Rawle made remarkable progress. Just six days after admission, he was able to head home.
We’re so proud to celebrate Rawle and the team who helped make this moment possible as part of American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living’s .

The team at Touchpoints at Bloomfield turned up the flavor for this month’s staff competition with a guacamole-making showdown! A little friendly competition, plenty of creativity, and of course, lots of taste testing made for a fun time together.

Aloha to a new tradition at Touchpoints at Bloomfield! 🌺
This month, residents and staff came together for our first combined monthly Birthday Bash, celebrating everyone with birthdays in true Hawaiian luau style.
There was cake, cards, plenty of singing and lots of smiles as our Touchpoints community celebrated side by side. Happy birthday to all of our August residents and team members!

Things got deliciously competitive at Touchpoints at Bloomfield during our 1st Annual Mac-Off!
Residents and staff enjoyed a fun celebration of everyone’s favorite comfort food, with Chef Brandon earning the title of “Mac Daddy of Mac & Cheese.”
