She wanted the hair that makes you cancel the rest of your plans because obviously you need to be seen. 🥂
Long. Lived-in. Expensive.
And the install? You’ll have to look very closely. 👀
Luxury is in the details, babe. ✨

How would you rate my blend? 1–10
Zoom in, inspect it, be picky 😅
Would you know she had a full head of K-tips? 👀
Would you trust the process if I picked these colors to match you? 👀
Because a good extension match isn’t always one perfect shade.
For this set, I chose 3 different colors and blended around 150 micro K-tip bonds to recreate the natural dimension already happening in her hair.
The goal wasn’t dramatically longer hair it was fullness, movement, and ends that actually look like they belong to her. Using tiny bonds lets me customize where every bit of color and density goes without creating that heavy, chunky “extension” line through the bottom.
Sometimes the best match isn’t finding your color.
It’s building it. 🤎✨
Sometimes the recharge isn’t just the hair. 🖤
Alex was once my apprentice, and eventually a stylist at Salon Oriana. Like so many people who have come through our doors over the years, she grew, life changed, and after COVID her career took her in a different direction.
And if I’m being vulnerable, losing people is one of the harder parts of owning a salon.
You spend so much time teaching someone, working beside them, watching them become more confident and talented—and of course you want them to grow. But that doesn’t mean you don’t miss them when their growth takes them somewhere else.
A few years later, Alex reached out to me.
She had gotten certified in an extension method that just wasn’t clicking for her and asked if I would mentor her. I had her get Bellami certified, and then we spent multiple Sundays together—working on applications, troubleshooting, practicing on models and building her confidence with extensions.
And somewhere in all of those Sundays, we got to reconnect too.
Then she asked me to do her hair. Color, extensions, all of it. And having her back in my chair after all these years felt really, really good.
I never want someone leaving Salon Oriana to mean there have to be hard feelings. People are supposed to grow. Careers change. Lives change. Sometimes our paths separate for a while.
And sometimes they find their way back to each other in a completely different way.
You don’t have to work here forever for me to still root for you. 🖤
Turns out my best recharge might just be reconnecting with people I’ve missed.
Back to friends.
Oh, I wasn’t sad. I just needed a little of this and a little of that. ✨
A little brightness.
A little dimension.
A little refinement.
And approximately 700 foils. 😂

Modern texture + vivid color from our Men’s Core Cutting class this the other weekend 🔥
Big thanks to for sharing some incredible cutting techniques and inspiration throughout the class.
For SIAH’s look, I refreshed the cut with modern textured movement and custom color using a flash lift, bleach wash, and Aveda Vibrants Poppy for that bold lived-in red finish ❤️🔥
Thanks for modeling for us 🖤
