Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, a $50 fee will apply to missed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

We truly don’t love having to make this change, but each appointment is reserved specifically for you. No-shows and late cancellations directly impact our providers’ schedules and make it difficult to offer that time to another client.

This policy helps us protect our team’s time, keep appointments available for those who are waiting, and continue providing the level of care you expect from Indigo.
