For those that don't know, I injured my shoulder last January at a trampoline park. I've been through a lavage procedure and physical therapy and was told that surgery is the only way to fix it.

I also haven't been able to work out in months, and it's taking a toll on my physical and mental well-being.

I've been using Creaky Bones on my shoulder for the last 7 days, and I've noticed more flexibility and less shooting pain when I move it wrong. Plus, it smells like chocolate, and that makes me happy!

I'll be making another batch as soon as my supplies arrive.

St. Johns Wort
Tamanu, Olive, Babassu, and Avocado oil
Mango and cocoa butter
Essential oils: frankincense, myrrh, peppermint, and wintergreen.

Nature is just the best! We had 3 types of berries in our campground this weekend. Blueberries, huckleberries, and billberries. Yum!
The Mount Hood area is so beautiful, especially our campground. We had it all!

Hanging herbs makes me happy. Every time I do the dishes, I look up and smile.
