Our bodies are constantly adapting to the demands we place on them. When certain muscles become tight, weak, or overworked, other areas often compensate, which can lead to recurring discomfort, restricted movement, and muscular imbalances.
Functional Corrective Therapy is designed to identify and address these underlying issues, helping your body move and function more comfortably.
Unlike traditional massage, which often focuses on relaxation and general muscle tension, this treatment combines targeted massage, assisted stretching, muscle activation techniques, and corrective exercises to address the areas that need attention.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic discomfort, or looking to improve mobility, strength, and stability.
The goal is not just to relieve tension, but to support healthier movement patterns and longer-lasting relief.

Help us welcome Daniel to the Whole Being Massage team! 🌳
Daniel is passionate about finding ways to support the body in its own healing process, helping people move more freely and experience less pain.
His fascination with the human body and massage therapy began through sports and sports injuries growing up. Seeing what our bodies are capable of, and how they can heal when injured, inspired him to become part of that process.
Since 2018, Daniel has worked in medical and wellness clinics as well as high-end spas, developing a massage style that is both effectively therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
He brings a strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system and an intuitive approach to understanding what the body needs in each moment. Every session is customized to the individual, blending different techniques to support a wide range of needs, from chronic and acute pain to injury recovery, athletic performance, pregnancy, stress relief, and relaxation.
His specialties include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, hot stones, and work with whiplash and headaches.
Outside of massage therapy, Daniel enjoys hiking, paddling, camping, reading, woodworking, permaculture, and natural building.
We’re excited to welcome Daniel to the team and for our clients to experience his thoughtful, individualized approach to massage!
You can now book a session with Daniel through the link in our bio. 💚

We’re excited to introduce Gentle Relief, a new focused bodywork option for clients who want meaningful therapeutic work without the “no pain, no gain and breathe through it” approach to deep tissue.
Gentle Relief takes a slower, nervous-system-informed approach, allowing your therapist to work gradually with areas of discomfort or restriction while paying close attention to how your body responds. The pressure may still be firm, but the goal is never to push past what your body is ready to receive.
This service is a great fit if you have specific areas that need more attention, want an alternative to traditional deep tissue, or prefer not to leave your massage feeling worked over.
Gentle Relief starts at $120.
We have some exciting news to share. ❤️
Whole Being Massage has been named one of Idaho’s fastest-growing companies by BoiseDev Peak 43.
The recognition gave us a reason to stop and look back at just how much Whole Being Massage has grown. What started small has become a team, a community, and a space we’re incredibly proud of.
We’re so grateful for every client who has trusted us, every therapist who has been part of this team, and every person who has supported us along the way.
Being recognized by Peak 43 is such an honor, and we’re excited to celebrate alongside the other businesses being recognized this October.
More than anything, we’re feeling really grateful for how far we’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.

Aaron, LMT is one of the therapists offering our Release and Restore sessions.
One recent client shared that after 10+ years of getting massages, her first session with Aaron completely stood out. She booked a Release and Restore session and loved that it combined stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, heat and ice therapy, cupping, and deep tissue massage, while Aaron also explained what he was working on and why.
She left feeling more relaxed and mobile, with a greater sense of relief from pain she’d been dealing with for years.
That’s exactly what Aaron loves about this work: helping people get out of pain, move more freely, and get back to doing what they love.
If you’re looking for something a little more targeted than a traditional massage, Release and Restore may be a great fit.
