2025… what a year.
Fear challenged me. Growth shaped me. Perspective changed me.
This year reminded me that nothing matters more than God, my family, and the friends who are truly like family. Through every high and low, God showed up and carried me, changing the way I see life.
I discovered a strength I didn’t know I had. I chose clarity. I chose health. I chose to let go of hard alcohol and step into a healthier, more intentional version of myself.
2026 I’m ready. More growth. More purpose. More living. 🙏✨

Feeling extra blessed this holiday season. Merry Christmas from our family to yours! 💖
And just like that, in the blink of an eye, my first born is 18. 💖😭 My heart is overflowing with emotions right now. I’m crying, but I’m also so happy and so incredibly grateful.
You’ve taught me so much in life, my love. Because of you, I became a better person. I often wonder if I could have been a better mother while you were growing up—there are things I wish I could go back and do differently—but I would never, ever change having you. You are truly the best thing that has ever happened to me.
Thank you for being the daughter I always dreamed of. Thank you for being the better version of me. Thank you for being YOU, and for bringing so much joy, light, and meaning into my world. I love you more than life itself.

On October 1st, I received a call from my doctor that changed everything — I was diagnosed with stage 1 colon cancer.
In that moment, I froze. Everything around me went silent, the sounds felt muffled, and the only thing I could think about was my kids. Then came the shock… the panic… the fear… the confusion. I felt lost in time.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve spent a lot of time processing and reflecting. What I feel most now is gratitude — gratitude that it was caught early, gratitude for my incredible doctors who acted quickly, and gratitude to still be here with the people I love.
The reason I’m sharing this isn’t for sympathy — it’s to raise awareness.
Did you know the recommended age for a colonoscopy is 45?
Did you know colon cancer is the third most common cancer among both men and women?
And yet, most people don’t get their first colonoscopy until their early to mid-50s.
I’m 40 years old. People my age don’t typically get colonoscopies — it’s just not considered “normal.”
