I can always tell how my mental health is doing by the state of my plants. 🌿

Lately, they’ve been thriving. I have new leaves almost every day some brighter, some bigger, and some with even more unique patterns and colors than the one before. And honestly, I think that says a lot. 🌱

My salon has become my happy place away from home.

A little space filled with plants, pretty nails, creativity, and so much love. The support, trust, and encouragement from my clients, friends, and family have helped turn this little space into the hub it is today. 🤍

🚨 A LITTLE PSA AS WE HEAD INTO THE HOLIDAY SEASON 🚨

I’ve had several late cancellations and no-shows recently, so I feel like it’s time for a little reminder.

I send appointment reminders the week before AND again one hour before your appointment. If you realize you can’t make it, I completely understand life happens! ❤️

All I ask is that you communicate with me.

If you’re sick and know you won’t be able to make it → MESSAGE ME.

If something comes up and you can’t make it → MESSAGE ME.

If you simply changed your mind and don’t want your appointment anymore → MESSAGE ME.

Even a simple “Hey, I can’t make it today” is enough!

When an appointment is canceled after the scheduled appointment time, it becomes extremely difficult for me to fill that spot. That could have been another client sitting in my chair, especially with the holidays coming up and appointments already filling FAST. 🎃🍂🎄

A no-show is the same way. If you know you aren’t coming, please give me a heads-up. That gives me the opportunity to offer the spot to someone else who may really want it.

This is my first warning before I begin enforcing my late cancellation/no-show policy.

I have never had to use this policy before, and honestly, I don’t want to. I’ve always tried to be understanding and give everyone grace, but unfortunately, it feels like that kindness is starting to be taken advantage of.

📋 LATE CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

Late Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.

No-Show:
If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, $10 will be due before you can book your next appointment.

Repeated No-Shows:
After 2 no-shows, I will no longer be able to accept future bookings.

I truly appreciate the clients who communicate with me and respect my time. This post is NOT about you. ❤️

My time is valuable, just like yours is.

I’m not asking for perfection.
I’m not asking for a long explanation.
I’m simply asking for communication.

A heads-up is a heads-up, and that’s all I ask. 💕

Please don’t make me have to start enforcing this policy. I would much rather keep giving everyone the same grace and understanding I always have.
