This one gave me hair envy. 😍
This beauty came in ready to go darker, but not drastic. She showed me an inspo picture of not too warm, but not too cool.... and I nailed it. I added in heavy lowlights and changed her tone, overall. 🙌🏻
Such a gorgeous color for anytime of the year, but especially Fall. 🍂🍁
I gave her a fresh cut with lots of layers and ffinished with 1.5" curls that will relax on their own, leaving her with the perfect waves.

Pictures never do justice for hair color at my current location, unfortunately. But the outcome was sooo gorgeous! 🙌🏻
This beauty was ready for a big change today! I cut off over 5", overall, and added layers.
For her color, I did blonding focusing around the entire hairline and on top. I did sprinkle a few throughout, though, to help with blending.
At her next appointment in a few weeks, with more time, I will get her closer to her blonde goal!

Throwback to this correction. ✨️ She had a friend cosmetology school try to balayage her hair. She was in the salon for hours, only to leave with this result (swipe for befores). Unfortunately, even the instructors allowed her out of the salon without fixing it for her.
So, she came to me and around 3 hours later, she was overjoyed with her results!
I will say, even with the "before", I did not speak badly of the stylist (student) who did her hair. We don't do that in my chair. I truly hope that this stylist is in a salon these days doing amazing hair! We all start somewhere!

She contacted me because she was over the frizz, and she wanted her highlights refreshed.
When she sat in my chair, I immediately saw a couple differently toned zones in her hair... one band of overprocessed blonde, and a golden band below that.
I did a keratin treatment which helps smooth hair, cut down on flat iron usage, and make hair more manageable.
Then, I was very intentional with my highlights... I only blended from the scalp to the overprocessed band. I did do a gloss at the end to even out the tones more and give her a cooler tone, overall.
There were a few places I dud take lightener down through the gold band; only where I could see good integrity. Unfortunately, her hair was damaged and it was unsafe to lighten beyond what I did.
My goal is to keep your hair safe. No one likes tired, broken hair. I also did a trim to freshen the brittle ends.
I look forward to our next visit, so I can work toward getting more of the golden band removed.
She was thrilled and said her hair hadn't felt this good in years. I love what I do. 🩷

It has been 11 months since her last appointment because she missed her usual Spring visit.
Soo... She needed some life added back to her locks!
I did a fresh, layered cut, along with dimension throughout consisting of a baby blonde and a rich mocha tone. No toner was used.
This is the perfect Fall look! 🍂🍁
