Step one of the transition to a softer/ lower maintenance gilded blonde, this clients wedding is in 2027, and presented with previous strong lines of “demarcation” (harsh solid blonde lines about 1.5-2 inches out from scalp) from a less modern blonding technique. We have rid her of this, and should begin to see more seamless/ effortless grow outs over time. Her next appointment will be a custom gloss (a color melt utilizing gloss (toner), and my previously placed foilayage vs just a gloss, which would be all over one tone), in total in 2026 she will likely have 3/4 color appointments (gloss, partial, full) prior to her final appointment in 2027.
