She originally came in for a haircut. As we were going through her inspiration photos, I noticed every single one had rich mahogany tones. So I asked, “Do you actually love this color?” She smiled and said, “You know what… I really do.”
I said, “Then let’s change it.”
One appointment later, we completely transformed her look. A fresh, rich mahogany tone paired with the perfect cut—proof that sometimes the best transformations happen from one simple conversation.
