What Causes Fluttery Eyes During a Lash Appointment? ✨

If you’ve ever had trouble keeping your eyes still during your lash appointment, you’re definitely not alone! Here are some of the most common reasons:

1️⃣ Caffeine – Coffee or energy drinks before your appointment can make your eyelids more twitchy.
2️⃣ Anxiety or nerves – Being extra aware of your eyes can actually make them flutter more.
3️⃣ Talking too much – (I hate this one because you all know I’m a yapper🙄) BUT movements while chatting can cause your eyelids to twitch.
4️⃣Stress or fatigue – Tired muscles and stress can increase eyelid fluttering.

A few deep breaths, staying relaxed, trying to avoid caffeine (I know this one’s tough but it’s necessary!), and keeping your eyes gently closed helps. As your lash artist, I’ll also make adjustments to keep you as comfortable as possible throughout your appointment.
