Sometimes when life turns upside down and you travel 3000 Miles from home just to fall into the right new one... if you told me a year ago I'd be standing where I am right now, I'd tell you you were crazy. Life has a mystery way of unfolding. Starting over somewhere new is scary and uncomfortable but so is letting yourself stand in your own way... making excuses...and feeling sorry for yourself. We can never grow if we don't take risks...

4/26/2021 my Grandmother passed at 96 peacefully at home on long Island NY. Annette L. McMahon was truly a beautiful soul♡ she was published poet, writer and author a mother of 5 grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 4. Never did she miss one of my plays or award ceremonies growing up.

The winds have blown and swept you away, forever in our hearts you will stay, your petals have fallen and unfolded into a thing of true beauty... In the spring when each flower blooms may we once again be graced with the beauty you have left behind...for each petal that falls replenish the earth with your light and wisdom. Rest in Power and Peace sweet woman. Thank you for sharing your wisdom creativity and sparkle with the world. 🙏⚘

4/26/2021 my Grandmother passed at 96 peacefully at home on long Island NY. Annette L. McMahon was truly a beautiful soul♡ she was published poet, writer and author a mother of 5 grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of 4. Many memories I will cherish forever but I will always remember going to the movies, paying to see one and spending the afternoons sneaking every other movie we wanted to see. She would say "when I was a young girl you could go to the movies for 5 cents" so she wanted to be sure to get her money's worh. Haha 😄
She was always one of the biggest supporters of my art and greatest influences for creativity. Never did she miss one of my plays or award ceremonies growing up.
