If you don’t last as long as you want during s*x, your breathing may be part of the problem.
Most guys tense up, hold their breath, breathe shallow, and push their nervous system straight into overdrive.
Same thing happens with stress.
You can train your breathing. You can train your nervous system. And you can learn how to stay in control instead of constantly being wound up.
In 2 days, I’m dropping my complete breathing program — absolutely FREE.
No equipment. No complicated bu****it. Just learn how to breathe properly and actually use it.
Follow me so you don’t miss it.
Sleep is king.
You can train hard, eat right, take every supplement under the sun—but if your sleep sucks, you’re leaving a lot on the table.
Brain function. Recovery. Fat loss. Hormones. Performance. Even looksmaxxing, if that’s your thing. It all gets better when your sleep is dialed in.
That’s why I have my nightly sleep drink: vitamin C, potassium, and a heavy dose of amino acids designed around recovery and deep sleep.
I’ve been using it myself, and now I’m working on making it available.
The Savage Chill Sleep Drink is coming in the next 3–4 months.
Sleep harder. Recover harder. Wake up ready.

Every 16 weeks, I PLAN a full week off from hard training.
Not because I’m lazy. Because recovery is part of the program.
By Friday, I was already itching to get back at it — and that’s exactly what I want. My body felt better, the little aches settled down, and mentally I was ready to attack training again.
You can’t redline the engine forever.
Train hard. Recover hard. Then come back hungry.
Plan your time off before your body forces you to take it.

Most men don’t need a harder workout first.
They need a body that stops fighting them.
Before you chase great shape, lock in the foundation:
Sleep.
Hydration.
Breathing.
Food.
The workout part gets easier when your system can actually regulate.
Breathing is one of the most overlooked parts of health because it looks too simple to matter.
But your breath tells your nervous system what state to run.
Fast and shallow keeps you wired.
Slow and controlled helps you come back down.
That matters for stress.
It matters for sleep.
It matters for focus.
It matters for discipline.
The Savage Chill Breathing Manual will be available for free August 13.
Save this if your body has been stuck in stress mode.
People are losing their minds over one thing… the binder.
Here’s the reality: I followed the directions on the bottle. For my body weight, that came out to roughly 4,000 mg of fenbendazole.
I feel great.
I know all about the binder conversation. I just didn’t deem it necessary. I don’t see routine deworming in animals coming with activated charcoal, so I kept it simple.
If you’re in the binder camp, that’s your decision. Just don’t take activated charcoal at the same time as the fenbendazole since it can reduce the absorption of many drugs and other substances.
This wasn’t some long-term protocol. It was a routine deworming dose, similar to the preventive schedules listed on the veterinary product label. Different situations call for different treatment protocols.
I’m not telling anyone what to do. I’m simply telling you exactly what I did.

If you train consistently—and I mean actually consistently—you have to know when to back off.
Every 16 weeks, I take one full week away from the heavy, intense work. No heavy kettlebells. No grinding. No trying to prove anything.
I still do my morning routine, push-ups, mobility, and basic maintenance—but the serious training stops.
That week gives your muscles, joints, nervous system, and motivation a chance to recover. Then you come back hungry instead of burned out.
Rest isn’t weakness. It’s part of the system.

Most people never think about parasites until they become a problem.
When talent scouts go into the favelas in Brazil looking for young soccer players, one story that’s often repeated is that the first things they do are deworm the kids and get them dental care before focusing on performance.
Today I picked up Fenbendazole at the farm store and took the equivalent dose for a 175-pound dog.
Whether you’re optimizing your training, nutrition, or recovery, don’t ignore the basics. Sometimes performance starts with fixing what you can’t see.

Your water is only as clean as the filter you put in it.
I made the mistake of typing in the exact model number for my countertop reverse osmosis system on Amazon. Instead of the real replacement filters, Amazon pushed a sponsored knockoff.
The result?
The water had a chemical taste, it wasn’t even crystal clear, and I wasn’t about to keep drinking it.
Even when I tried to find the manufacturer’s actual Amazon store, the sponsored listing was still pushed to the top.
Remember: Amazon’s job is to sell ads. Your job is to make sure you’re buying the genuine filter—especially when it’s something you drink every day.
Don’t assume the first result is the right one. Verify the seller. Verify the brand. Your health is worth the extra minute.
