This is so much more than a before and after series to me. These photos represent a journey my client and friend Emily took with me. A journey of skin healing, trusting the process, and showing up for herself every single day for the last 5 months. We’re not done yet, but we’re going to enjoy where we’re at and how far we’ve come for a moment. And the hard part is far behind us.

Emily came to me with papulopustular rosacea across her cheeks, nose and forehead, and acne along her jawline. A complicated mix of skin barrier dysfunction, congestion, dehydration combined with too much oil production, inflammation and pigmentation. She needed a thoughtful plan rooted in skin barrier repair and supported by the right active ingredients to achieve our goals. We worked hard, evolved her routine monthly, and used chemical peels and microneedling to completely transform the way her skin functions. We really crushed it if I do say so!

To say I’m thrilled for her would be an understatement. She messages me weekly with updates about how she’s out and about without makeup and not worried about covering her skin. Her skin is healthy now. Not perfect, but healthy, healthy, healthy - and happy!
