I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, licensed in Florida. I have been in practice for 10 years and enjoy helping my clients reach their goals, be it pain relief, stress relief, or a sports goal. A few are as follows: Swedish, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy (also knows as Myotherapy or Neuromuscular Therapy), Cranio-Sacral, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and Foot Reflexology.
After 7 years at Divine and 20 years of practicing massage, i am taking some time for myself and my family. It is important to practice what we preach and in my case, slowing it down a bit to be more present with myself and loved ones.
