And here I was thinking I didn’t have a wedding booked on a Friday in June. 😅

And this actually brings up something we get asked all the time: “Why does bridal makeup cost more than a regular mobile appointment?”

This is one of the biggest reasons.

A wedding isn’t just another appointment on my calendar. When you book as a bride, you’re reserving that date. We have a signed contract, a timeline, backup plans, communication leading up to the wedding, and a commitment that I’ll be there—rain, shine, flat tire, or just about anything else.

Could this have worked out without a contract? Absolutely. It did this day.

But I never recommend leaving something as important as your wedding day up to chance. The contract isn’t just there to protect me—it’s there to protect you, too.

And your wedding day deserves that level of commitment. 🤍
