Looking at this picture, you would assume she has dark banding from color, wouldn’t you? But actually, this is all her natural color. Her hair changed colors during her pregnancy due to an increase in estrogen and prolactin. The hair goes back to its natural color and texture in postpartum 💗

How many times can you raise your hand if you had a guest TELL YOU what length they wanted, then you installed the length, but it was WAYYY LONGER than anticipated or perhaps it was a little SHORTER? ✋

I want you to LOOK at the chart. Next, think of the EXAMPLE ABOVE as 3 separate guests with 3 different heights. All 3 guests want their length just above their tailbone. Now, Ask yourself if your 5’8” guest had the 20” length installed, where would that length be on them? It would be too short and not be just above the tailbone like your guest wanted, right? And if you ordered 24” for your 5’4” guest, it would be too long, and you’d end up cutting off their hard-earned money.

Bottom line… ‼️ ALL 3 GUESTS NEEDED DIFFERENT LENGTHS TO GET THE SAME RESULTS. When you are doing your consultations, it’s important as professionals that we BE THE PROFESSIONAL because it’s up to us to educate & guide our guests on what they need. Above is just an example, and lengths may vary based on each guest that sits in your chair. 💫 A BULLETPROOF solution to figuring out length is to get a cloth measuring tape and measure for length 1” above the ear since that’s the area of the head most of the extensions will live when doing a full head.
