Should I restart the Nasir Sound Bath / Healing. I am convinced humanity needs healing and as I read the Qur'an I that Allah swt tells us to pray and meditate. I have kept myself together because I try to follow His instructions as much as I can. He has given me so much through out my life. My torso has been through several medical situations and people tell me I don't look my age. I then respond by saying it's Allahs blessings and I see martial arts having to with much of my blessings. So soon, I intend to restart the Nasir Sound Bath inshallah, (if He is pleased with how I have lived my life.) 🤔
We are making a return. The days are numbered.

I am about ready to return to leading all who want to meditate on the beautiful sounds of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments used in meditation. Be Ready
Meditation is mentioned in the Qur'an. Give it a few minutes.
I will restart my sessions under the name Nasir Sound Bath on an upcoming Saturday or the 3rd Saturday of April outdoors. The exact start time will be announced. Pray for great weather. We will announce our decision the week of the event.
