This client's hair has been matted for just three weeks. It's only a little portion of her right backside. And it just tangled like that after a couple of days of not combing it out after a shower. She thought she would take care of it but 1 day snowballed into a few and then it required more time so again it was ignored and she kept trying to untangle it but
after a couple weeks she realized, she needed help and reached out to me.
