Happy August 1 ✨
Just showing face because July was not the month for me to make consult videos, behind the scenes, or well… much of anything besides pretty hair
I will say it til I’m blue in the face, social media is fun but clients leaving happy are top priority in my chair 🤟🏻

I get so excited for our yearly hair visits because it’s always a surprise what Alex comes up with. This time we did a block panel of PRAVANA magenta.
Adding vivids over natural hair isn’t impossible, but can be limiting. This is one thing you always want to communicate with guests and create a realistic outcome and expectation of longevity
I love the pravana magenta because it can be applied over as dark as level 7 hair, which makes it realistic to use in this instance 🤟🏻

This is actually just a continuation of yesterday’s post because this was such a huge process I had to post twice.
Bold, but lived in and as bright as possible were the hopes of the outcome of this color.
One thing I will say with my whole chest with a color correction is.. I can’t promise anything but I can promise you’ll leave with pretty hair
Imagine my surprise when I opened the foils to a (pretty) clean lift. With the magic of a pre-tone && an allover glaze we were able to get this dimensional bold beigey look

I know it’s not “cute” for the page to have a before as the first picture but it adds to the drama of it all a bit, right?!
ANYWAY. This one was kind of a big deal. Battling two bars, previous color, a s**t ton of new growth. Did the most on this foil work with a custom Wella Professionals in between
The goal with a color correction like this is to always buffer out the lines for a seamless blend
Finished with a custom Wella glaze 🤟🏻
