Karlee Hardin is officially joining Evolve Beauty!

This announcement honestly makes me a little emotional. 🥹 Reece, Karlee, and I all worked together years ago, and we weren’t just coworkers—we truly became a little family. During that chapter, we also lost one of our nearest and dearest friends, Elizabeth, who will forever be such a special part of our story. 🤍

So to somehow come full circle all these years later and have Reece, Karlee, and me together again feels incredibly special.

Karlee brings 25 years of experience, an incredible heart for her clients, and the same philosophy that Evolve was built around: taking exceptional care of people, creating genuine connection, and making every person who walks through our doors feel pampered, cared for, and completely at home.

After owning her own business in Brookfield and spending some time pursuing other ventures, Karlee realized there was something she just couldn’t stay away from… her clients and the work she loves. 💕

And now she’ll be welcoming them—and all of you—at Evolve Beauty.

It feels like a reunion, a new beginning, and a full-circle moment all at once.
