Beyond grateful to be where I am & eager to see where I'll go. Thankful for everyone whose supported me and saw the vision off jump, even when I was doubtful about my potential and still on the fence about taking the leap. I'll admit, for the first few years of my time in the industry, I thought gossiping with coworkers and clients was a good way to "fit in" and pass the time. After reading The Four Agreements, it really opened my eyes as to how we attempt to bond over spreading black magic and I became more aware of it. I even began intentionally separating myself from it, I wanted no parts of it.

Gossip is very unbecoming. Even if you are stuck and can't think of many things to talk about, discussing others in a negative light is UGLY. It's one thing if you're venting to your best friend and an entirely different scenario when you're gossiping about your clients to other clients. It's not a good look and I wouldn't want to support or receive services from someone like that. It also gives other beauty professionals a bad look thinking that is "n normal" or "acceptable" behavior. Even if this was a situation that happened, spray the room and keep it pushin'. Odors can be caused by a multitude of reasons and we are not doctors here to diagnose people. My sole mission is for my clients to leave feeling comdortable and confident. PERIOD. Choose how and where you spend your energy wisely. Energy is as much currency as karma is real.
