In a couple of weeks, I’ll begin the Fall 2026 Home Study + Practicum training for Buccal Massage with Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release. This is the technique I perfected that Elle Magazine featured, and you can now learn it anywhere in the world with me live online.
Not just videos, but live classes! We’ll work together over two live Zoom practicum sessions, so you can get this new technique onto your menu THIS FALL and help your clients look and feel better fast.
Comment LASTING if you’re ready to master facial and buccal massage techniques that truly last.
Your learning needs are met because I have experience in developing accredited massage therapy programs, so I was able to put together a professional program that actually works. I’m with you via camera throughout the course so you’ll have clear instruction every step of the way.
You’ll know exactly where to place your fingers, understand what you’re feeling on the client whether it’s outside the mouth or inside, and feel confident with the amount of pressure since I guide you with those details.

If you’ve learned techniques but still don’t feel confident using them…
This is exactly where Yasmine Perez - was before the training.

Confidence doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from understanding what you’re doing.
When you can assess the tissue, read what’s happening, and adapt in real time, you stop guessing.
That’s when your work becomes consistent — and your clients feel the difference.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Being recognized by a national magazine is an honor I don’t take lightly.
The article highlights my views on how fascia holds emotions and trauma which affects our sense of wellbeing that can often show on our face.
Although the article prominently discusses my work, the article’s true importance is introducing the work to consumers who are hungry for services that are more than skin deep.
So many of your clients are hurting, and with a contentious political season in full swing, the stress levels are rising.
Are you prepared with effective techniques to help your clients release their tension and help them understand how their emotions affect their sense of wellness as well as aesthetics? That they can choose the thoughts that form their emotions?
Are you prepared to bring peace where there is anger and chaos?
We are in a unique position to help our clients feel and look better with services that go deep and acknowledge how deeply they are affected by our world while providing hope in the feeling of wellness.

When you care for your body and work intentionally, the results you create for clients are more consistent and lasting.
Comment LASTING below if you’d like to learn more.
If you don’t protect your body, your career won’t last.
Over the years I’ve learned to be very intentional about how I work.
• I position clients so the work is comfortable for both of us
• I don’t work beyond the scheduled session
• I don’t see clients on my days off
• I work the hours when my body has the most energy
For me, that also means:
No nights.
No house calls — even for celebrity and CEO clients.
When your body is cared for, you can do your best work.
And that’s how a career can last decades instead of years.

I often see therapists trying to “win clients over” by giving more and more.
Extra time.
Free add-ons.
Skipping their own breaks.
But great care doesn’t mean sacrificing yourself.
I’m very clear about my boundaries.
The session includes exactly what we agreed upon in the consultation.
When you set clear boundaries and focus on quality over quantity, the results you create for clients are more meaningful and lasting.
Comment LASTING below if you’d like to learn more.
Clients also have responsibilities in their results:
• communicating their concerns
• committing to regular sessions
• following recommendations that support their progress
Healthy boundaries protect both the practitioner and the quality of the work.
Unpopular opinion: facial massage moves that look impressive on screen often do nothing for fascia.
The algorithm doesn't care if it works. It cares if the video spreads.
So what should you do instead? Get serious about your education. Learn how to recognize when fascia has truly released. Learn how to use your body efficiently. And invest in training that teaches you to *think*, not copy.
Agree or disagree? I want to hear it. 👇

One of the biggest mistakes I see in treatment rooms is distraction.
Small talk.
Gossip.
Thinking about the next client.
Thinking about lunch.
Instead, my attention is squarely on the client.
I listen carefully and ask clarifying questions, so I understand the real concern. That clarity allows me to design a treatment plan — not just for that day, but often for a series of sessions.
When you truly understand the problem, your work becomes more efficient and more effective.
And clients feel the difference.
When your attention is fully on the client and you design treatments with clarity, the results you achieve are more precise and lasting.

What does “work smarter, not harder” actually mean in massage and esthetics?
When you work smarter — focusing on client needs, boundaries, and protecting your body — the results you create for your clients can be more effective and lasting.
Comment LASTING below if you’d like to learn more.
In our field, working harder usually means longer hours, more clients, and eventually burnout.
Working smarter means something different.
It means structuring your practice so you can do excellent work without running yourself into the ground.
For me, that comes down to three things:
• Deep focus on the client’s real concern
• Clear professional boundaries
• Protecting my body so I can keep doing the work
I’ve been in practice 36+ years, and these principles are a big reason I’m still going strong.
