◆ BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide that has been studied primarily in preclinical research.

◆ TB-500 is a synthetic peptide related to thymosin beta-4 and has also generated interest in the recovery space.

You’ll see plenty of big claims online about what these peptides can do. The human evidence, however, is still limited. The FDA has specifically noted limited safety information for BPC-157 and says it has not identified human exposure data for TB-500, so neither should be treated like a proven shortcut to faster healing or recovery.
