RCF Bath

Hi friends 🙂

We stopped making bath products currently. A lot of exciting things are happening for our little family and it’s been hard to step back.

River is blossoming and is the best little girl we could have asked for. She keeps us so busy that with what I have learned from the business course I took I just don’t have the time to keep up with everything currently. I was having so much anxiety juggling a full time job, River and trying to do everything I learned from the course that I was having anxiety attacks and needed to take care of myself.

I am kind of an all or nothing type of person so doing this half heartedly was giving me anxiety and having less time with River was also giving me anxiety.

I am so much happier letting go of this for right now. That being said I don’t believe this is a forever stop. I really love letting the creative side of me out in coming up with collections but for right now I am just enjoying toddlerhood to the fullest.

I don’t like to admit to my anxiety or depression to family or friends I don’t want to worry anyone about me. I have a therapist and have learned coping mechanisms but even the best coping mechanisms just doesn’t help when you are an all or nothing personality and you just don’t have time. So please don’t worry about me I just want to be completely 100% honest and open.

I really built this on the love of self-care and going through post-partum depression. If it wasn’t for this as a distraction when I was going through post-partum I really wouldn’t have researched more about self-care and realized there is so much more to self-care then just bath bombs and painting your toes.

It’s also the therapy sessions, dr.s appointments, clipping your toenails, remembering to brush your teeth, getting the gumption to actually get out of bed in the morning and try not to let the anxiety get to you.

So with that if you have been a customer I just want to thank you so much. Without really knowing it you supported me through one of the toughest times of my life. Every time I got an order was a little happy dance that I wouldn’t of had. Every time someone even talked to me or showed support it was like a warm hug and they didn’t even know how much it meant.

I have always dreamed of being a mom but did not realize what it meant to be responsible for not only your own well being but for a little one as well that has no clue what anxiety or depression looks like yet.
