Senior Prom for my baby girl! ♥️♥️

Last night was Brooklyn’s last high school cheer banquet, and my heart was feeling all the things. Watching her close out this chapter is bittersweet, but more than anything, I’m overflowing with pride. From the early mornings to the late night practices, from the sidelines to the competitions, endless football and basketball games, to weekly private tumbling lessons and even a torn ACL and meniscus, she has poured her whole heart into doing what she loves and I’ve been blessed to be a part of it all. Seeing her grow, lead, shine, and push herself year after year has been one of my greatest joys. She has shown dedication, strength, grace, and so much passion, and it has been an honor to stand in the crowd, cheering her on every step of the way. And even though this is the end of her high school cheer journey, I don’t believe she’s done with cheer and I don’t think cheer is done with her!! There’s something still waiting for her in this world she loves. Maybe coaching is next… and if and when it is, she’ll be incredible at it. Brooklyn, no matter where life takes you next, I will always be your biggest cheerleader. Always. 🖤📣💛
