Price update! These have been set for some time now, just realized I hadn’t posted them yet.

Let’s talk isolation.

Isolation means separating each individual natural lash before placing an extension. Every natural lash you have should have an extension placed (as long as the natural lash is healthy & strong enough to withstand an extension).

Poor isolation = damage to your natural lashes, is often painful, prevents healthy grow out, decreases retention, and prevents a clean, fluffy set.

Your lashes deserve strong attention to detail, precision, and patience. I will be the first to say - If you’re looking to be in and out, I am NOT the lash artist for you. I strive to create a good lash experience and a flawless set for my clients every time. Your lash health & comfort matters to me!

I had a client come in for a foreign fill after a bad experience. I took this picture after removing several other clumps just like the one above. This is not okay! I will not name names (and to be honest, I really don’t remember the tech who did this). To my client, THANK YOU for trusting me with your lashes! I wish I would’ve taken an after picture!

Please be sure you are arriving to your appointments on time. If you know you’re going to be a few minutes late, let me know BEFORE your scheduled time otherwise, per my policy, you will be charged a no show fee. I always make sure I’m ready and on time for you, and I ask for that same respect in return.

I totally understand that things happen sometimes and have done my best to work with you guys on it, life is unpredictable! But when late arrivals or no shows happen repeatedly, it affects my schedule and other clients trying to book.

As a reminder, 3 no shows will result in being removed as a client. Three chances is already pretty generous, but I have to protect my time and my business.
