It takes weeks, months, sometimes years to fix the pain, increase range of motion, and get to a place of maintenance for some clients. Don’t undo all of that by not scheduling recurring appointments with your therapist!

Did you know that rotator cuff compression and pain can start from tension in the biceps, pectorals, and even the flexors of the hip? If you’re a “upper body massage only” client, I dare you to try a fully body massage. It might make a a bigger and better difference than you might realize!

Exciting news! We will soon be offering sauna sessions to clients and community members!

Some things to note:
⭐️ sessions will be offered as single use or monthly memberships- keep an eye out for those prices in awhile
⭐️discounted rates for clients that use the sauna prior to a massage appointment
⭐️we hope to be up and running by November

I hope to be back in the office in October, but for now, Mom and Boone are home cuddling, figuring out a schedule, and just enjoying the slowness this part of life brings.

✨Meet Randi, Bobbi, and Patricia. The students use these skeletal models to familiarize themselves with the bones, bony landmarks, and muscle attachments. We label the bones, learn the bony landmarks, and then use those landmarks to make and attach the muscles as we learn them.

Massage classes have been in session for 1 month now and I can’t wait to share more with all of you!
