Hey there!! 🤎

My name is Maddie Reed Bashaw, my husband & I are the owners of Redeeming Beauty Salon & Suites! Formerly known as Grand Salon & Spa.

I have been the owner for two years now and originally became owner when I was a single mom. I was a year out of college, & a mom to an 8 month old baby. I had no idea what the Lord had in store for me, nor had I ever planned on becoming a salon owner… I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur but had no idea what that career path was going to look like for me until the salon fell into my lap.

The Grand Salon & Spa has been around for 20+ years. And I’m currently the 4th owner in the past 8 years… the name didn’t hold value to me, nor any of my team. So, we decided to change it. Just like what God does in the bible when he changes a person, He gives them a new name. A fresh start, a clean identity, & a new purpose. That’s why we are now ✨Redeeming Beauty Salon & Suites. ✨

Not only has the Lord redeemed & blessed me in my personal life & out of the brokenness & shame that I carried, He has blessed our salon & has redeemed it. The first year of ownership, I worked tirelessly to rebuild the system of the salon, along with rebranding, painting & redecorating. It has a whole new look, vibe & feel.

When people walk into our salon, I hope & pray they feel the presence of the Lord immediately. I hope they feel accepted, wanted, desired, & loved. When you come here, we want it to be more than business, we want it to be a time where you feel renewed in Jesus. We aren’t perfect people, & we’re not going to pretend to be either. We are sinners saved by the grace of God & we want to connect with others who may or may not know God’s love. Proclaiming our faith can be scary at times because you never know what others will say or think, but the bible tells us we must testify about our Lord! ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬ ‭says, “Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” That’s what we’re trying to do here at Redeeming Beauty Salon & Suites. Let our light shine for the Lord.🤎
