Lucid Lotus

It’s fire c***r brewing + fermented honey garlic (with local honey) season!

So many natural medicinal allies, you might as well skip the boxed crap this year. 🤓

This is also the look my client gives me after walking out of the treatment room. 🥰

October is just around the corner! 🍂

New season, new offerings with Green Envee, and a few special ways to gather, restore and reconnect.

Rwa Bhineda: The Balinese philosophy stating that harmony exists between opposing forces.

The light and the dark.
The body alive with sound and movement.
The same body capable of profound stillness.

This past weekend I got to collaborate with two special women who have been part of my life for more than a decade. We were brought together through a shared love of Pretty Lights, music, movement, and community.

My connection to the Pretty Lights family began in 2017, when I had the incredible opportunity to massage members of the crew backstage at Red Rocks and The Gorge. To now find ourselves years later, creating a space like this, feels very full circle.

A heartfelt thank you to Kelly Hinds and Racheal Haynes for inviting me into this beautiful experience. What a gift to come together as friends and share what we've each learned and gathered over the years.

Creating intentional space to slow down, soften, and go inward through Quantum Yin Yoga + Sound felt truly special. There was such a strong sense of flow state throughout the experience-the kind where everything falls away and we can simply be present, receive, and allow the medicine to move through us.

A huge thank you to Pretty Lights for making space for wellness within such a high-energy festival environment. There's something really powerful about creating a place to pause, breathe, reconnect and tend to ourselves right alongside the music, movement, and collective energy. Thank you to Irene for organizing and doing so much work behind the scenes. Thank you to Phil Salvaggio for paving the way, believing in and supporting my craft. I am forever grateful. 🙏

I was able to experience multiple sound baths while I was away along with a much-needed week away from my phone. I'm feeling incredibly inspired, renewed, and ready to bring new ideas, perspectives, and elements back home. I will continue creating intentional spaces for connection, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

Always learning, always evolving, and grateful to keep expanding what we can experience together at Lucid Lotus.

Welcome, Autumn. 🍂🙏🏽🍂

Before the year begins to close, take a moment to breathe.

Not to measure yourself against everything you thought you would have done by now.

But to look at what this year has already asked of you.

The choices nobody else could make for you.

The things you carried long after they had stopped belonging to you.

The parts of your life that no longer fit.

The moments when you knew something had to change.

The Equinox is a turning point.

A moment to pause long enough to notice what still belongs in your life, and what has already done its work.

So before the year moves on, ask yourself:

-What are you ready to carry forward?

-What are you finally ready to put down?

You do not have to carry something into your future simply because it once had a place in your life.

Let the next season find you lighter. ☀️

We ARE nature. 🫶🏽

Be easy on yourself through the transitions. Hold onto your peaceful moments and remember, you can bring that feeling back anytime you put your mind to it.
