Let’s talk hair growth while wearing a closure.
You know I preach all of the time about hair growth while wearing extensions, and what you should be able to see and a closure is no different, it’s just a little harder to see.
When you’re working with a client with thinning hair, every time you take that closure off, it can be a little shock to not only you, but your client as well. They are so used to seeing their hair filled in that it can be a little much when it comes off.
This is why I will also keep these growth pictures so we can track every single thing that is going on with their hair! I would love for any of my clients that are wearing closures to graduate out of them one day! For some clients that isn’t an option, but we’re going to try!

This was by far one of the worst installs I have seen in my career.
We did add bangs to her closure that way we could let the front hair that was shaved and taped over, to breathe and grow back in.
