We learned. We laughed. We ate movie theatre junk food. 🍿🎥🥤 We are highly aware that based on this footage, you’d never know there was an actual master class happening but somewhere in there, we absolutely became better colorists. 🤎

THINGS NOBODY EXPLAINS: salon shampoo edition 🫧
We will absolutely die on the hill that good shampoo matters for healthy hair + a happy scalp.
BUTTTT…
Why does a salon shampoo somehow have you leaving the bowl feeling like you have a brand new scalp, 40% more hair and your life together??
Because salon hair just hits different 😅
And it’s not only the product.
It’s the saturation.
The water pressure.
The double cleanse.
The product placement.
The rinse that lasts approximately 17 business days.
Basically: there’s a whole lot happening at that shampoo bowl that nobody ever explains to you.

We spend a lot of time celebrating the doing.
The full calendars. The goals. The growth. The people who keep showing up, caring for everyone, building businesses, raising families, serving others and somehow remembering allll the little things in between.
Today feels like a good reminder that rest has value, too.
That’s something we think about a lot at Hairitage House, not just on Labor Day.
We want this to be a place where, for a little while, you don’t have to be the one taking care of everything. Where you can slow down, feel cared for and hopefully leave a little lighter than you walked in.
To our precious team, our loyal guests, our fellow small-business owners and every person doing the ordinary work that keeps things moving… we see you, and we’re grateful for you.
