1:1 Training & Joining the Brows 4 Daze Team!

Are you ready to join an undeniably amazing industry and a team of motivated & empowered individuals ? If your answer is ‘YES’ then you have definitely come to the right place!

At Brows 4 Daze we understand that starting a new journey can be hard and sometimes confusing but we are committed to helping each of you reach your highest potential every step of the way!

While building the Brows 4 Daze team we have decided that In-house training for each of our team members is the best way to ensure satisfactory work for all of our clients!
We are looking to train individuals that are wanting to grow with us long term! Before we can begin training each trainee will make an investment of $1000 to schedule 2 day training with our head PMU artist. They will also be prompted to sign an employment agreement stating they will be on a 3 month probationary period at which the end of the period they can decide if they’d like to continue to be apart of our illustrious team! Each trainee will receive a certificate after completing 2 day training & their 1st procedure on a live model.

The absolute best part about this opportunity is that upon completing certification you are able to IMMEDIATELY start taking clients and seeing your return on your investment! Another perk is that we will provide work-ready spaces fully stocked with all of the supplies and tools needed to perform each service! This position is commission based and created to help our team members start making money without all of the start-up expenses! We will start you out as our silver ranked Beauty Boss (PMU Artist) and with time you will be able to work your way up to Gold or even Platinum! These levels indicate where your pay rate is at and is based off the quality of your work and progression during probationary period.

Brows 4 Daze will deduct 15 - 20% from each service you perform. This includes any other services that you decide you’d like to offer. You will have the option to pay a flat rate of $175 for the week If your services percentage rate exceeds that amount. This is to ensure that each Beauty Boss is making the most out of each service without ever having to over pay in deduction fees.
