City Escape Spa

😂🇵🇷 On a mission to stop being the “no sabo” kid of the beauty & wellness industry! I’m bilingual, but speaking Spanish with family is VERY different from professionally explaining facials, waxing, nails & massage. 😅 So I’m expanding my industry vocabulary to better serve Spanish-speaking clients. Follow along for your Spanish lesson of the day, para nuestra industria. 💅🏽 ¡Vamos a aprender juntas!

Calm and quiet spa days are the BEST days. 😌✨

No rushing. No chaos. Just a peaceful space where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy some much needed time for yourself.

At City Escape Spa, we believe your self care appointment should feel like an actual escape from everything waiting for you outside our doors. 🤍

This might seem like the smallest detail, but as a Licensed Massage Therapist, keeping my nails short, smooth, and free of sharp edges is part of preparing for your appointment.

Because nothing ruins a relaxing massage faster than SCRATCH. 😭

You came to City Escape Spa to relax, release tension, and feel better, not leave wondering why your back just fought for its life. 😂

It’s one of those little details you may never notice when it’s done correctly, but you’ll DEFINITELY notice when it isn’t.

📍 Looking for a massage therapist in Casselberry, FL or the Orlando area who pays attention to the little things? Book your massage at City Escape Spa and come experience the difference for yourself. 💙

“Listen… she’s a little crazy, she cusses a lot, but you’re gonna LOVE her.” 😂

And honestly? Fair.

Yes, I cuss. Yes, I’m probably going to tell you exactly what I’m thinking. And somewhere between your nails, facial, or waxing appointment, we might end up discussing your skin, your dating life, your job, what you had for dinner, and somebody who got on your nerves this week. 😂

But one thing my longtime clients know is that I’m as real as they come. What you see is what you get, and apparently they trust me enough to keep sending their friends and family my way. 🥹💙

So if you’re looking for an esthetician or nail tech in the Orlando/Casselberry area and prefer your self-care with good work, education, laughs, and absolutely NO fake customer-service personality… you might’ve just found your girl. 😂

🌿 LET’S TALK AROMATHERAPY… because it’s about more than something smelling good.

When you hear “aromatherapy,” you might immediately think of a relaxing lavender scent in a spa room. But the products we choose for our treatments at City Escape Spa are selected for more than fragrance.

That’s one of the reasons we use Bellabaci aromatherapy products. Their Genie oils contain pure essential-oil synergies formulated at a 4.5% therapeutic level.

Depending on the essential oils being used, aromatherapy may be incorporated to support goals like relaxation, easing tension, creating an uplifting experience, or providing comfort when you’re dealing with things like a headache.

So when you smell the aromatherapy during your service, it isn’t there just to make the room smell like a spa. 🌿 It’s an intentional part of your treatment experience.

At City Escape Spa in Casselberry, FL, we believe the little details matter, from the products we use to how we customize your massage and spa experience.

📲 Ready to experience the difference? Book your next appointment at City Escape Spa and ask us about the Bellabaci aromatherapy we use during your treatment.

Nine years of City Escape Spa have included some of the highest highs and lowest lows of my life. Through homelessness, shutdowns, loss, bankruptcy, rebuilding, personal milestones, and more changes than I could’ve imagined, somehow I’m still here.

Today I’m adding another Best of Florida award to our wall, and I’m reminded that these awards represent so much more than business accomplishments. They represent perseverance, growth, faith, and every person who has supported City Escape Spa along the way. 💙

I believe God is calling me to make more changes in the near future, and while I don’t know exactly what the next chapter looks like, I’m trusting the process.

📍 If you’re looking for an award-winning day spa in Casselberry, FL serving the Greater Orlando area, come experience City Escape Spa for yourself.

Book an appointment, refer a friend, or simply share this post. Every bit of support matters as we step into our next chapter. 🫶🏽

Clients explaining to their massage therapist what hurts:

“My neck does this…” POP
“My shoulder does this…” CRACK
“And when I stand up…” UGHHH 😩😂

At some point, the explanation is just pops, cracks, stiffness, and sound effects. And somehow your massage therapist knows EXACTLY what you mean. 😅

If your body has developed its own soundtrack, it might be time to stop waiting until everything hurts and add regular massage to your self care routine.

💅🏽 NAIL CLIENT PSA: Please don’t wait until we’ve filed, shaped, and perfected all 10 nails to say, “Actually… can we do a completely different shape?” 😭😂

Changing the shape can mean adjusting the length and starting the filing process all over again.

Save us both the time and effort. Tell us what shape you want BEFORE we start shaping! And if you’re unsure, ask. We’ll help you decide. 💙
