Meet the owner. You’ve gotten glimpses of my wonderful team, and I figured it was time to introduce myself.
Hi, I’m Krista, and I’m so glad you’re here. When I built this salon, I wanted a place where people felt cared for and like they truly belonged.
That hasn’t always come naturally. Life has a way of humbling you. It stretches you, changes you, and slowly teaches you over time what really matters. Some of my greatest lessons came from seasons I never would’ve chosen, but looking back I wouldn’t be the woman and leader I am without them. They changed the way I lead, the way I love, and the kind of business I wanted to build. I wanted something different.
A place where luxury never came at the expense of kindness. Where encouragement is louder than competition. Where people are celebrated, clients and stylists become friends, and everyone feels like they have a seat at the table.
The older I get, the less interested I am in perfection and the more interested I am in authenticity. In meaningful conversations. In laughing and remembering the little things. In feeling lighter and like we had a great time when you leave my presence.
If you stay here a while, you will see the team I’ve built and adore, the family I love, gorgeous hair and random dachshund appearances. You will get to know and trust that you always have a person in your corner and I think these days, that feeling is harder and harder to feel. Thank you for being a part of my story and my salon life. I truly love what I do.

When you love where you work, it shows. It shows up in your confidence. In your creativity. And in your relationship with yourself and even people outside of the salon. All of a sudden Mondays are easier and happiness is just a byproduct of being in a space where you’re appreciated and lifted up. We aren’t just filling chairs, we are building a team of stylists who have each other’s backs. Life at Bella Vista is just different and our stylists are truly happy. Clients walk in and feel it and you will too.

Meet your stylist! Chase! She is so fun and equally as funny. She is one of our younger stylists, but don’t let that fool you, she has an incredible eye for blonding and extensions and is always eager to keep learning and growing. Watching her confidence and talent grow has been so much fun, and I know she’s just getting started! We love you CHASE GARCIA || CASTLE ROCK HAIRSTYLIST !

If you’ve ever met her, you know exactly what I mean. She’s always laughing, always dancing, always has a smile, and somehow manages to make every appointment feel like you’re spending time with a friend.

Behind all that fun is an incredibly talented stylist who creates beautiful blondes, healthy hair, and clients who absolutely adore coming to see her. They don’t just leave loving their hair—they leave feeling happier than when they walked in.

Today we celebrate Katie and an incredible career behind the chair.

Katie and I go all the way back to 2003. I was young, eager to learn, and she took me under her wing. Over the years, she became so much more than a coworker—she became a friend. She’s been there through so many chapters of my life, including both of my weddings, and has been part of countless memories that I’ll always cherish.

After years of serving her clients, sharing her talent, and leaving her mark on our industry, Katie is stepping into a new season. While we’ll miss seeing her behind the chair, we couldn’t be more excited for her as she spends more time serving her church community and begins a new adventure working at a bakery.

Katie, thank you for the years of laughter, the stories, the lessons, and the role you’ve played in so many lives. Your next chapter is well-earned, and we know you’ll bring the same dedication, heart, and care to everything you do.

Please join us in wishing Katie a very happy retirement and all the happiness in the world as she begins this exciting new journey. We love you, Katie, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way. ❤️
